eBackpack offers various training options to supplement, if needed, our standard support knowledgebase of frequently asked questions and videos that is included with your eBackpack subscription.
Training can be delivered through the Web as a remote training session or as On Premise training.
eBackpack offers four types of training:
- Administrative Training (usually 1-4 person group)-This training is designed to go into the administrative and support capabilities of eBackpack. Focus and emphasis is placed on data import of users and classes, data modification, virus management, reporting, and style configuration.
- Core Service – Train the Trainer (usually a 2-7 person group)-This training is designed for technically proficient members of your staff that will teach others to use eBackpack. Emphasis is placed on use cases of eBackpack, functionality, and support. This is often given to site level coordinators.
- Core Service – End User Staff (groups up to 20 staff)-This training is designed for end user staff. The training covers basic usage of eBackpack – adding personal content, sharing files to a class, turning in work, reviewing students work, and supporting students.
- iPad Training (After Core Service Training)-This hour long training is designed to either be conjoined with any of the previous training types or a stand-alone session scheduled after users have had time to use the core service. The iPad training will go over all the eBackpack App capabilities including browsing and downloading files, opening into other commonly used apps such as Pages, interfacing with the camera roll, and saving back to eBackpack.
eBackpack will be happy to create customized training specific for your needs.
Please note that training is booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific dates or times, but will work with you as best we can to fit your schedule.
